The pic of the guy in the above link does not even look like Laden.

  • Soldiers not Protected?

Three U.S. soldiers slaughtered in a grisly kidnapping-murder plot south of Baghdad last June were not properly protected during a mission that was not well planned or executed, a military investigation has concluded.

Is this a neocons idea of "Support Our Troops"?

A moment of silence for these brave US soldiers that were slaughtered in the name of Corporate greed and a Corrupt Administration that sent them to an illegal invasion.

said atmospheric scientists Barry Lynn and Leonard Druyan of Columbia University and NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies.

"Unless we take some strong action to curtail carbon dioxide emissions, it's going to get a lot hotter," said Lynn, now a scientist at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. "It's going to be a lot more dangerous.

Is this not enough proof for neocons to believe this is a real threat? ( or will they keep to their pseudo beliefs like Bush is a great president?)

  • Gun Control Vs. Nappy Headed Ho?

Imus made the comment "nappy headed ho" and there was an open dialogue on speech, yet when the VT tragedy happened it seems that the subject of gun control is a taboo subject. I believe in our right to own one but what can we do to better determine who can possess one and who cannot? There were many clues to the disturbing behavior of the VT killer that should have hampered his attempt to purchase a firearm.

Your thoughts? (intelligent comments only / no right left crap)

The top 3 with the positive influence was....

    Canada / Japan / France

Any thoughts as to why the USA has had such a sharp decline in 3 years?

  • Gen. tried to warn Bush on Tillman........?

Just seven days after Pat Tillman's death, a top general warned there were strong indications that it was friendly fire and

President Bush might embarrass himself if he said the NFL star-turned-soldier died in an ambush, according to a memo obtained by The Associated Press.

The memo reinforces suspicions that the Pentagon was more concerned with sparing officials from embarrassment than with leveling with Tillman's family.

Is this not typical of this administration and the Governor of the United States?
