Can Lexapro and Ritalin be taken together?

Does anyone have experience with this? Are there any side effects? This is not some lethal combination, right? Any tips on the best dosage combinations or times to take each? I'd appreciate hearing about people's experiences with this.

i seriously wouldn't not trust anyone i can not sue with my life descisions. But I'm thinking they are for the same thing or is one an antidepressant. Either way take your lazy behind to the doctor or take the cheap way (like I would) call them and ask a general question.

    Ritalin is speed. Speed kills.

Lexapro, on the other hand, is a miracle drug.

The two are not contraindicated (yes, you can take them together). Your best bet is to take your prescriber's advice in re: dosing (both timing and amount).

Ask a pharmacist. Really. Walk in somewhere and ask.
