Boston Pops brawl - why do people insist on talking in theaters?

This is my biggest pet peeve too. I see it at the movies a lot with teen age kids on their damn phones - what do they care, mommy & daddy paid their way in. It's no loss to them if they don't watch the movie.

Also I seem to have sat in front of the same jerk for every one of my daughter's school plays, band performances and choir concerts since kindergarden and she's in High School now! Every video I have of her performances has this dumba$$'s voice in the background.

The most annoying part for me is that I ask them to be quiet and they always pretend to not speak English. JERKS!

I agree, there's a special place in hell for these people.

People who talk in movie theatres or during musical performances are the lowest form of life on this planet. It's one of the most selfish things you can do and if I was there I would have helped to stomp that guy's brains all over the floor while Ben Folds played "Annie Waits". I hope the guy that was talking got in a horrible car crash on the way home with his wife and kids in the car.
