What brands make womens cycling road shoe in a US womens size 4?
I know, I know it's freagin' tiny, but there has to be small footed cyclists out there that have this problem. I'm looking for a teammate of mine. Perhaps children sizes? I did find the size in a mountain shoe, but she needs a road shoe. Thanks for any help.

Why does she need a road shoe specifically?
I ride mountain bike shoes on both my road and mountain bike (Sidi Bullet 2s). All it takes is using a MTB-style clip ... the shoe sole is plenty firm enough for hard and/or long pedaling.
Most manufacturers stop at a Men's 4 (a women's 5 or 6, depending), which happens to be a Euro 36.
If she can find a shoe that fits her at all, I'd say change out the clips instead!
