Rheumatic Fever/Heart Disease?

I got this when I was 10 years old and it permanently damaged my heart. Anyone else have this?

If you do, how do you deal with the chest pains associated with this? Aspirin/Ibuprofen don't work for me.

If you have angina, your cardiologist should be able to help you out with some medicine for that.
