Xbox 360 and pal 50/60 Televisions??

Are all the games only compatable for Pal 60 T.V's or is there some way of adjusting the settings?

Does the same also apply for the PS3?

    the game should ask you if you want 50 or 60 hz...

    Ps3 has settings to change 50-60-hz-and hdmi...
