What's a good second job to have?
I work full time Monday to Friday 8 to 4 and I want to supplement my income to pay off my credit card debt faster. What's something that I can do evenings/weekends that's fun and pays well?

I've heard pizza delivery works well... you can make a good bit on tips.
Congrats on making the decision to pay off your credit cards!

from what I know evening and weekend jobs don't pay that well, however it is money, and every little bit helps.
I would think you'd want a part time evening job that's located on your way back from your current job or not too far out of the way. And you would take a job that's totally different than the job you have during the daytime. Maybe even a job at the mall so maybe you could get a discount. Or maybe Walmart where you could get a discount on inexpensive clothes. Or maybe you'd rather work in a store that you won't get tempted. It all depends on what kind of experience you've had before or what you can learn easily. Have you worked a cash register? Then work in a grocery store. Maybe you could work the deli. Maybe you would work in a fine dining restaurant since you might be able to get good tips on the weekends. Search snagajob.com for your area. Even a movie theater, a golf course store, a donut shop, a bowling alley, etc.

Hi, take a look at this website I made. I have come up with several different ways to make extra cash doing things for yourself. They're not scams, get rich quick, anything like that (although I do have a few links on there to some opportunities...just ignore those if you're not looking for anything like that). But I do have a few ideas of how to make some money on the side with no money, just a little bit of work. I sell this on ebay for five bucks right now, but I just like to help people if I can. I promote really cheap webhosting(that's why it's called that in the link) but just scroll down to where it talks about the free stuff. Let me know if you find anything useful from it. : ) good luck! http://www.turbo-traffic.com/discountcode.html

Avon. I started selling Avon about 2 years ago and I know most of the people who do Avon do it part time on weekends/evenings/whenever they can. It is totally fun to me and I do it in my spare time being that I do have 3 kids. Plus its only $10 so alot of people are interested in giving it a try.

I would suggest one that is not physically demanding or would require long hours, that would be very stressful in the long run and be quite a drain on you mentally and physically. A security type job or telemarketer would be nice. I myself did the military reserve thing but since we are at war the chances of you deploying would be great, I wouldn't do that unless you don't mind being away from home for awhile, the money is great.

i think a good second job to have is to be a secret shopper, then you get to keep what you buy, you can shop for stuff you need and it is not limited to stores but also to restaurants so the money you save you can use to pay off the credit cards. good luck
