What are some romantic restaurants in San Diego?

I know the standard places like George's, Tapenade, Mille Fleurs, The Prado, etc. Are there any great, relatively unknown places out there for a romantic dinner?

Felipe's Italian Restaurant north of downtown (don't know the street off the top of my head but you can look it up). Small mom & pop old world Italian restaurant with great food, fun atmosphere, nice people.

I'd look either downtown like apparently you have and/or the outskirts. I'd go for neighborhood restaurants as they're very quaint and can be very romantic plus not so busy.
