What is the name of a red-like wasp-looking thing?
Doing a project with my 6 year old, and killed what I thought was a wasp: the body and wings are the same, but it had 2 huge long leg-like things coming out from the front of it's head . It was skinnier and smaller, and it was red. Looks exactly like a wasp... not an ant.
Never have I seen something like this before.
Any Help? Found while In Florida.

I don't know but in my book if it looks like a wasp kill it, sent you a link you and that 6 year old may enjoy & with out the treat of being stung, LOL
