My husband has sent me 3 checks, 3 months, for child support. Nothing is confirmed in court. Went to mediation and could not agree. He used his base salary, no commission included, and figured a total. I believe he needs to use tax return. If I cash a check, is that a nonverbal agreement to a monthly payment? Trying to get to court to figure this out, but need the money to seek advice from a lawyer to represent me. He has one.

I have a blue front amazon. I left the office for 5 minutes to talk with my hubbie and he found a battery and chewed it up....Obviously pissed at me that I left him. I took him into the shower and washed his mouth and body off, and called the pet ER. They said to monitor him, and if he begins to act different, bring him in.

ANY OTHER ADVICE TO GIVE TO ME??? I have had him for almost 20 years. His name is Max. Please, I know it sounds silly, and I was irresponsible (I have no idea where he found the battery!!!), Please don't bash me, and Please give only serious responses!!!!

I am not sure if this is axiety related, but I have lack of felling in my lips and my hands,with a sense of tingling someitimes. I have a DX of anxiety, and I know I have been under a tremendous amount of stress lately! MAJOR MARITAL AND FAMILY ISSUES. Mom has been in the hospital for 3 weeks now, lives across the country, and I cannot go visit. As far as the marriage thing.....we are having huge problems.

Is this just stress and anxiety? Even while I compose this note I am feeling numb in my head. Am I just ready for a plunge to the nearest hospital, mental ward, or do I need to keep breathing.?

Also, no eating or sleeping well AT ALL.

BTW! This is FAR FROM A PITTY QUESTION FOR ANSWERS! And please don't tell me to seek my doctor ASAP for assistance, AND... My therapy is every Friday at 1pm. I am sooooooo sorry for the details given, and not to bash on anyone taking the time to respond, I just want to know what the heck is up with the numbness. I am very scared.

One more time....

Doing a project with my 6 year old, and killed what I thought was a wasp: the body and wings are the same, but it had 2 huge long leg-like things coming out from the front of it's head . It was skinnier and smaller, and it was red. Looks exactly like a wasp... not an ant.
