An independent case examiner took a year to complete an assessment into Ms Hunter's complaint against the CSA. But the parliamentary ombudsman dismissed the final 28-page report, stating there was not enough evidence to pursue the complaint.
Just for the record!!!!

Well done and the CSA suck.
i had a good well balanced arrangement with my ex husband and was one of the lucky ones he paid every week without fail until CSA started up and then it caused mayhem.
They decided NO he should not pay me cash direct every week he was ordered to send it to them and then they pay me monthly!!
It cause a lot of grief as I never got my money it took 12 weeks to get one payment and then rows with ex which we had never had before.
In the end he stopped sending the money and we went back to our own arrangement and told them so in a letter ending with sue us! They never bothered us again CSA a waste of money.
Good luck sue the pants off them i will sign.

The link that you provide points out that a Parliamentary Ombudsman has spent a year investigating and compiled a 28 page report which finds you have got no case, as a taxpayer that cost me money.
Your ex husband is bankrupt but still managing to make some payments, you are lucky, a lot of bankrupts don't have money
So you have got no case and you are getting money, what is the problem? You made a decision to have children now do your bit and start supporting them.

Well done, I hope you succeed.
When I split with my ex, we managed to come to financial and access agreements without involving the CSA as I had heard all sorts of awful things about them. As a consequence I receive a monthly payment that we both think is fair, my son sees his father nearly every weekend and he hasn't a clue that we don't really like each other any more!!

Well it's a step in the right direction. My mum had to suffer because my dad did not pay a penny in maintenance for 16 years.
Hopefully people will not have to go through this in the future.
Good luck.

My mum was in the same situation, when she split from dad he was only paying £5 a week for 4 kids! I'll sign it for you, best of luck x

Perhaps you could have a chat with my ex. I pay her above what I have to pay her by law and still struggle to get basic visitation rights every 2 weeks.
She needs to see what people like you have to put up with.
Women ............. trust me to pick the one thats ungrateful as hell.
