Searching for family in Texas with either the Sir names of "Dear" or "Gilly"?

    go to the last known city or regional area.. Go under black book online look for properties, start with that, and then go to the phone book and get those names.. Etc.. the process will continue from there and just go with any instinct to locate them. Or you need a private investigator (skip tracer :))
