A handful of almonds (12-20) usually give me a boost when I'm in between meals and want a snack. They're high in protein and keep you fuller longer. Also try a hard boiled egg.

    Nuts

    Dried Fruit (rasins are easy)

Popcorn - no or low butter/sodium

    Rice cakes

A can of tomato juice or V-8

I like fruit flavored yogurt, it does have sugar, but it gets me past cravings for milk

I also like a peanut butter sandwich for lunch occassionally - I don't consider it cheating. It fills me up, lasts me a good while and is high in protien. It does have sugar and fat, but there are organic and low fat/sugar peanut butters available.

Beef jerky is high in sodium (and protien), but low in fat.

I may not be the best source because I'm more about making a lifestyle change...eating less and moving more - not about a strict calorie or fat gram/counting diet. I eat what I like, when I'm hungry, but trying to eat better and less of my favorites, (fried food) and I take the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther from the store, etc.

I'm such a grouch when I'm hungry. Good luck to you!

flow to the well being nutrition aisle at woolworths or coles and purchase tvp mince in a blue container and you are able to make spaghetti bolognaise lasagne mince stews sheperds pies and so on ensure to bathe the mince quite a few cases with warm water to make the mince bland or it could desire to have a solid soy flavour which will overtake something of the flavours of your dish.i exploit this mince oftentimes and that's alot extra low-priced than meat and whilst washed thoroughly you cant tell the version!whilst transforming into a vegetarian and in case you're fussy this is uninteresting till you detect out a thank you to have all your well-known dishes vegetarian sort.whilst ingesting out attempt felafel donar kebab or vegetarian pizza they are superb.

I L-O-V-E 100 calorie pack kettle corn/popcorn. They're great portions sized, healthy, and sweet or salty depending on which kind you eat. They're naturally low in calories anyway so you get quite a bit for only 100 caloires!

    Oh, it's soooo good!

    :o)

Popcorn - it satisfies that need for crunching & it's low in calories and carbs (as long as you don't go for DOUBLE BUTTER theater popcorn~!)
