I just got back from seeing them in Bossier City, La last night. It's by far their best show ever. I saw them 4 years ago and thought they could never top it, well they proved me wrong. There's one awesome laser light show about midways through and sporadically throughout the rest of the concert. Expect to rock your *** off and if possible find a friend with a cell phone that takes really good pictures. I regret mine doesn't do a good job. There are 4 side by side 80 to 100 inch displays behind the band and one on either side of the stage. I'm not going to ruin it for you but let me tell you that when it's over you will be glad to pay the 60 buck ticket price next time they come around. I'm thinking of driving 12 hours to catch the Atlanta show too.

Bring a set of binoculars if you have them. Depending on your seats it is pretty cool item to have to be able to see up close. They will allow them in the show, at least they did at the arena I saw them at.

They are awesome. Their current tour consists of a white stage and background so that images are projected all over the stage. It looks really cool. Also they are doing a laser show that is quite good. They don't interact with the crowd that much on this tour. I believe the reasoning for this is because it's all about their music and visuals and not the band members themselves. Musically, they're flawless live which is quite impressive considering their technical arrangements and writing style.

However, there is really nothing else to see. There is no show to speak of. It sounds like the CD so why not listen to the CD and save the ticket money for KISS, Ozzy, Manson, Prince, Aerosmith or anyone that you like that enjoys performing.

I found Tool to be depressing and it looks like they hate playing live.

I saw Tool live and they had their backs to the crowd the whole show. Still kinda cool though.

Amazing! Every time I've been. They really aren't all that active on stage but if people understood the difficulty of the music and the message involved, they'd get it. It's an experience and you get to share it with them. Very cool. I've seen them once on this tour and plan on going again. 10,000 days was a spiritual event. What an amazing tribute.

I got to see Tool in one of their good moods. And it was totally awesome. My friend saw them at one of the concerts where they had their backs turned the whole time and was kinda pissed about it.

I saw them live last year but they performed behind a huge white sheet and projected weird psychadelic images on the screens.Quite arrogant really and kind of killed the atmosphere. From what I hear they do this kind of thing a lot though.
