It sounds more like a urinary tract infection to me. And it won't go away by itself. You have to get antibiotics from your doctor, and be sure to take them all, even though you feel better. If prostate cancer runs in your family, you might want to have it checked out. But 20 yrs old sounds very young. Most men don't start getting symptoms till well after 50. The main symptom is not being to empty your bladder, and having a very weak stream.

It's theoretically possible but, extremely unlikely. I did some research on youngest diagnosed prostate cancer case. I found one at 27 years of age. So, I doubt you have it. More likely a urinary tract infection.

I doubt they'd do a PSA test for someone that young. More likely a DRE (digital rectal exam..... yes, it is exact as it sounds).

yes it is,believe or not 20 -35 year olds get prostate cancer quite often,it's not an older persons problem but you may just have a U.T.I.......try some penicillin but go to a doctor

You're never to young for cancer. My advice is go see a urologist and have your PSA reading done.

    PSA testing saves lives!

I've checked my crystal ball, and indeed you'll be dying. However, further vibrations tell me that you may be suffering from hypochondria, a non-fatal suffering of the mind.

Go to the doctor, just to be safe.

It is highly unlikely, but possible. My friend's ex-boyfriend had it in his late teens.

    Good luck.

I even have checked my crystal ball, and definitely you would be loss of existence. although, extra beneficial vibrations tell me which you would be affected by hypochondria, a non-deadly sickness of the mind.
