Why do people do this?

How come you people don't look and see if questions have already been asked? There are like 15 of the same questions. Its annoying!

    I know it's annoying. If they'd just scoll down and see what was asked, they wouldn't have to waste points by asking the same question. Stupidity.....I guess.
