Sure you can do that ...

This How to do that :

    1. Right click on that media player (web plugins) > click properties

    2. copy the url information on "Location:"

    3. Paste that back to your browser

There are 2 possibility from here !!

    A. Download link will show up !! (if this .. you know the rest ! )

    B. Windows media player will automatically launch and play that MP3 link (url)

If windows media player show up .. let windows media player finished the song then click file > save as

Open the page source (View -> Source). This should bring up the HTML in Notepad. Search for the mp3 (Ctrl-F) and copy the full url, starting with http:// . Then paste that in your favorite download manager. You may also be able to find the mp3 in the browser's cache folder, but it will not have its original filename.

Alternatively, if you use Firefox, you might want to try the TurboDTA extension which finds and downloads all kinds of files from a page for you. Or go to "Tools -> Page Info" and there go to the "media types" tab. The full url link you want must be listed there.
