Will someone give me applause for finally NOT letting it get to me when the other people in your life....?

HAVE TO have the last word? I mean it....it has bothered and frustrated me for years, and I finally learned to just laugh it off and let them say or think whatever they please. Whew....it is actually so freeing. Seriously.

Congratulations, that is a hard thing to do but as you said is very freeing to your spirit. Keep it up. People may feel the need to get in the last word but that is their problem. You are doing great. Applause, applause.....standing ovation!!!!!!!

About two days ago I told someone off for something that they did a year ago and i could not forgive and forget. It felt great... Dont laugh anything off and dont keep anything bundled up. Dont ever walk away from something that you later will be thinking i should of said something because eventually it eats you up and you feel upset about everything all the time.

I learned the opposite of you. I learned not to walk away and say exactly the way i feel out loud. I am not better than anyone but no one is surely not better than me.

    Good Luck.
