Hairspray question?

My roommate uses hairspray in the morning in another bathroom and I am 2 rooms away with the door closed. Everyday he uses it, it wakes me up and I can't get back to sleep. I know it has to be the hairspray because I don't wake up on days when he's not home. I have to completely air out the entire apartment before I can go back to sleep.

I feel symptoms too. My heart beating faster and feels warm like heartburn. Sometimes I have shortness of breath and occasionaly desparte for fresh air.

He just thinks its all in my head, and he thinks I'm just complaining because it smells awful, but how can this be if it is waking me up and making me feel sick. I think I must have some kind of moderate/strong allergy to something in it. Does anyone know what kind of health problem this might be so I can tell him its more serious than just a bad lingering odor?

It sounds like you do have an allergy to what ever he is using. Since he doesn't listen to what you have to say consult your MD and have it come straight from the mouth of a professional. Not being able to breathe is a huge deal and the fact that your roomate is being insensitive about it is just wrong in terms of friendship!

won't be in a position to without washing it out. Borax from the chemist will shift it - merely shampoo, bypass away shampoo on, pour some solid tablespoonful into the palm of your hand and combine with the shampoo, rinse and concern as conventional.

i would flip **** at him i would not be okay with that tell him to either always do it with the door closed when he does it then turn a fan on in the bathroom, then when he leaves shut the door and open all the windows in his room or in the bathroom if there are any

You're probably right - you've got some sort of allergy or aversion to something in his hairspray. See if he'll switch from aerosol to pump or gel or mousse.
