Need the name of this movie. Driving me crazy......?
I watched it in the early 80s, I think. All I can remember is this guy had some kind of magical powers and they would stop working when he saw the color "red." The only scene in my mind is him walking on water until a woman with a red bathing suit appears, and he falls in and gets wet. Thanks!

"Dave Speed was just an ordinary cop, until the day he was caught in a nuclear blast.
