Does anyone know of any bridal SHOE stores in Los Angeles? (Or the surrounding area?)?
I'm the Maid of Honour for a bride who's having difficulty finding and ivory (or pale gold) stiletto sandal.
We've looked in ALL the obvious places (Bloomingdale's, SAKS, Neiman Marcus, Macy's, JC Penny, Target, and even all the smaller boutiques in the major malls.)
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a specific shoe/accessory store for brides, or, at least, of any stores with a good variety.
I'd appreciate any pointers you may have.
Thanks!

You can find stores at santee alley, fashion district in LA. Everything you'll ever need for a cheaper price. It's not as fancy as SAKS or bloomingdales but you'll get what you need.

It is NOT a good time to move to Los Angeles. The job market is almost inexistant at the moment, and housing prices are ridiculously high in the city, even for the crappy apartments. Of course, the city is a lot of fun, but if you're not used to it, it may be overwhelming. It is very diverse, which is what I like about it, but you have to keep in mind that there are a lot of VERY strange people. At nighttime, it is a bit frightening walking the streets alone, but I haven't run into any harm yet. It really depends on the area. Parking is expensive, and if you don't want to pay, you have to park far away from the area, which is extremely skeevy at night. And the high schools? Oh geez, that's the main reason you don't want to move here right now. LAUSD is god awful. There is no money, classes are being cut rapidly, and it is getting harder and harder to get the sufficient amount of credits to graduate. You may want to think about moving here for a while, until conditions approve.
