The moon will rise at 8:37:39 PM in Puerto Vallarta on June 1, 2007.

That's the "official" rise time, which assumes a clear eastern horizon; but at Puerto Vallarta the eastern horizon is blocked by mountains, so you will have to wait a while -- perhaps half an hour or more -- before you will actually see it. The good news is that the Moon will be almost 99% full that night.

I got this info from SkyMap Pro, which used to be shareware but alas is no more.
