My bread has risen the first time, now I'm supposed to add a meat filling and let it rise a second time?

but I don't have time to make filling or let it rise the second time. Should I leave it out? put it in the fridge? put it in the freezer? Will getting it cold inhibit it from rising the second time?

It should only take a couple of hours to finish this, but if you really don't have time, just punch it down and wrap it in plastic and store in the freezer. Next time just allow the day to get the dish prepared and make the filling before anything else so you won't worry about it.

Punch it down, put oil all over it and wrap it in saran wrap, put in frig.

if you don't have time you should not even had started cooking this dish in the first place.
