I have not seen sicko yet but will be watching it with interest because everyone is allowed an opinion of what he See's as the truth and that is his. I have seen Fareheight 9/11 and Bowling for Columbine and they may have been biased towards his views but he is not wrong.

The trouble is he has hit a nerve and people do not like that let's face it he is not wrong is he you have had Columbine and now Virginia Tech and how many more.

Good luck to him and anyone who thinks any different that's there opinion that is what this sight is all about.

It isn't out yet! It hasn't even premiered at Cannes! (They did run a review in Variety of an advance screening at Cannes, but it didn't say much).

Before Fahrenheit 9/11, Michael Moore was considered by most people to be a very astute and talented documentary film maker. Then he got involved in politics. Americans have a general disdain for celebrities who stick their noses into politics. The reason I dislike it? I'm a very intelligent person who is a research sleuth, who also has had dealings with Hollywood. And I can tell you that none of these people does their own research. Their minions do it for them, and they take all the credit. And most of them aren't terribly bright.

I think Michael Moore's bright, but he would serve a higher purpose if he just acted as a fly on the wall, and let his opinions come through that way, like he did with "Roger And Me", rather than ramming his opinions down our throats in such an in-your-face manner.

I hope that "Sicko" is a return to that art which Michael Moore is so good at. The U.S. health industry is definitely something that needs exposing, as was the car industry and the NRA. "F/911" was too tabloidy. Documentaries are supposed to be factual, not opinion-based.

I plan to see it, actually. I think Michael Moore is a great filmmaker and has the balls to do films like he does. They are also very entertaining and funny (although the subject matter is so serious and sad). He has a way of getting depressing messages about the US across in a way which does not make us want to commit suicide! Because the truth of the matter is, the US is a rancorous sore which has oozed its poison all over the world, but worst of all, has sickened, both physically and mentally, its own people. I do not hate the US, that is not its people, but its government and the perverse way in which Americans live. People come here from other parts of the world expecting one thing, and every immigrant I know, tells me that they see something completely different once they arrive. But, oh well, I'm not sure it is much better other places, either.

Contrary to what the first poster said, majority of intelligent, critically thinking Americans who don't just take things at face value and use their common sense, appreciate Michael Moore and his documentaries because they expose the truth about a lot of things!

I'm not familiar with SICKO but to most American's Michael Moore isn't relevant anymore. He carefully edits footage and interviews in his films to satisfy his purposes and in doing so he strays from the real truth. His films should be viewed as propaganda and further research done to help you get a more complete view of the picture Michael Moore is painting. He's the worst kind of film maker, a profit driven sensationalist creating fiction and slanting the truth to support his conspiracy theories while hiding under the guise of documentary films.

It hasn't been released in USA yet.

Anything that's going to shed some light on the Health Care Industry is a good thing, as long as it's accurate and unbiased.

I haven't seen the movie and I probably won't waste my time. Michael Moore is an opportunist who has a nasty habit of bending the truth to fit his warped agenda. He's been exposed, so all we can really do is ignore him.

The vast majority think Michael Moore is a Communist, a traitor, and a total moron. And I agree totally.
