Evolutionists: What are your credentials?

It would be beneficial to know if many of the posts concerning evolution are well considered. Would you be kind enough to let us know your credentials so that when we read your posts we can extend proper respect and weigh your evidence more heavily?

engineering and btw, another engineer supports the peanut butter argument so, having a degree doesnt necessarily mean that you can see things outside your bubble.

Especially in a site like this, credentials can be misleading. My BA is in Economics, of all things, although I can think of at least three fields in which I would feel more comfortable teaching an introductory class.

As I've heard both sides say, remember: the Titanic was built by experts, the Ark by an amateur.

what the hell is an evolutionist?

Do you mean a biologist specialising in evolution or just people who agree that evolution is the best explanation?

And why do we need credentials when the opposition doesn't even have a basic grasp of what they're disagreeing with.

What are your credentials with regards to knowing the earth is round. Somehow I think it has something to do with the mere fact that you are alive and these issues are exposed to people from birth in every form of media imaginable.

I don't have any personally, but I could give you a list of scienists just named stephen that out number all of creationist "scientists"

My crednetial is that my knowledge is backed up by over 99% of the scientific community and the other .7 percent is funded by churches and political organizations.

Simple. I went to school, and I read books. I have A levels in sciences, including biology. I have yet to read any books that contain evidence for creationism. But I have read many articles that twist the truth and use outright lies and half truths in order to justify creationism. I'd rather stick to honest scientific evidence.

Atheism. You know it makes sense.

Can you please explain to me how natural selection adds information to an organism's genetic code? Also, I'd like to see a good working model of abiogenesis if you don't mind. ---------------------------- Ahh. you leap to conclusions. My point was not that goddidit. Rather, it seems clear that natural selection alone cannot be the mechanism driving evolution. What I am doing is challenging your understanding of your pet dogma. If abiogenesis cannot be reproduced, it cannot be falsified and therefor fails the litmus test for legitimate science.

there is no evidence that you can take in consideration, because there is only one universal truth, that we know that we ain't know anything...... my opinion is that evolution is more complex than this usual explanations. We have to consider DNA, climatic conditions, struggle for survival, adaptation on quick changes in local and global surrounding and so on.... but in what do you believe???

Naming name doesn't help clarify thing - does it ?

Our credentials, including yours, are just Cro-Magnon handprints spat-painted on cavewalls.
