Who will win the World Seris?

The Mets are my pick. They will breeze to the World Series through that light weight national league, and in the World Series they will defeat the Red Sox because they will have a strong playoof pitching staff (Pedro, Tommy Glavin, Maine, and El Duque the greatest playoff pitcher in the MLB), and the most potent offense in all of the MLB. They will be winning many in years to come.

As of right now, I think the Cleveland Indians are my pick to win the world series.

They have potent offense witht he likes of Sizemore, Travis Hafner, Victor Martinez, and a hot hitting Jhonny Peralta.

Their pitching staff is also very deep. Fausto Carmona is pitching brilliantly and C.C. Sabathia looks like an early Cy Young candidate. Rounding it out are Jake Westbrook, Paul Byrd, and Cliff Lee. They also have a young prospect named Adam Miller who is supposed to be stellar.

That balance should take the Tribe a long way.

Red Sox. They have everything going their way. The Yanks and Bluejays stink so far, they have a great starting pitching line up, they have a great power offense now with players like Mike Lowell hitting homers almost every game this past week, and of course defense. The rookie, Dustin Pedroia at second base is playing great D. Coco Crisp is doing his thing in CF and golden glover Mike Lowell at 3rd!

I agree with Sonic, the Indians look tough. I think they're the kinda team that will take people by surprise too which can definitely work to their advantage...kinda like the Cardinals last season.

But watch out for the Mets and Dodgers.
