hmm did you air dry the pillow case or put the pillow case in the dryer? Hopefully, you aired dried it. However there still might be hope. There is a spray oxi clean stain remover that supposedly gets out set in stains. Spray the blood spot with it- then let it sit for an hour. WASH IT... see what happens. When I get any kind of blood on carpet or clothing I use POWDER oxi clean found in the laundry isle at the supermarket... it works like a charm. Next time you get blood on something try that. Oxi clean never fails me when it comes to blood that has just been depostied on clothing.

If the clothes were dried it's too late the heat actually cooks and sets in the stain. SO never put something stained in the drier if you want the stain to come out. But for all stains use Holy Cow a product from walmart thats great for the environment, non toxic. It's also good for stainless steel, counter tops, windows, and even granite. get it at Walmart 4 under $2. good luck

Someone said this before but it is true. Hospitals use peroxide to remove blood stains because the peroxide breaks down the bloods' protein.

soak the stain in hot salty water. the salt should dissolve the blood away. once soaked wash with detergent. (ie in the washing machine!!
