That ain't no guy that is the Queen of England.
Currently the dime has, as with all Canadian coins, a portrait of Her Majesty the Queen on the obverse. The reverse contains a representation of the Bluenose, a famous Canadian schooner.
Unless of course you're talking about the coin with a similar name from the United States.

The 32nd President Franklin D. Roosevelt is featured on the obverse of the current design, while a torch, oak branch, and olive branch covering the motto E pluribus unum are featured on the reverse.

Here in Canada, on one side is the famous Bluenose ship. On the other side is the silhouette of Queen Elizabeth.
