Should I let him go?

Ok I have been on and off with this boy for about 2 years. We still talk to this day now. I mean we tell each other we love each other. But at school we do not walk together to classes or nothing. I mean we dont go together but we talk everynight on the phone. Ok what should i do let him go?

And another thing is when somebody else tries to go with me he always try to stop them for going with me. Oh yea he also talks to this other girl who i don't like at all. I told him to choose. And he choose me but we still don't go together! So Should I let him go? I truly believe he still is talking to her! What should I do???
