Interpretation of the Second Coming?

I feel from watching how this space operates that the second coming happened at the end of the Pisces age (religion) and the beginning of Aquarian (technology).

Look at the communication vehicle that technology creates? I think that what is coming is very positive for humanity. Like the quantum leap that you suggest.

My take on Jesus has been since the end of my own religious journey is that he exemplified a real power on this planet. How we can truly flow with our environment. I mean, look at the information that is coming out about him? Things that we never heard of before. He's been brought to the service as a very real human being, that connected to other human beings, and this earth on such a level that he could manipulate the weather, our allusions, so on and so forth.

Showing us truly great power and freedom. NOt that he will walk this earth again, but that we will see finally, what he meant for us to see. All the great masters and teachers have been trying to deliver the same message.

You shall do greater works than these.

and so it begins.

I have real difficulty with the idea that we can somehow evolve through some inherent quality we possess into creatures of some higher order. We are creatures and without divine help are going nowhere. The idea that we could progress through some innate characteristic of our own was the first lie.

That our future lies in the Spritual not the corporeal reality seems likely.

You propose that instead of coming to us, we will go to Him. He says however that his coming will be known to all, like "lightening" flashing across the sky. So in your scenario, do we all evolve together at the same time, en masse? If we all evolve at the same instant, you haven't really departed very much from the scriptural point of view.

Then you disagree with the bible, God's word. The second coming is exactly what the bible says it will be; Jesus returning to earth. He will plant His foot on the Mount of Olives, and every eye will see Him.

Jesus will return just like it says He will in the Bible.

Very interesting. I'm actually glad I read it and find it to be relaxing as opposed to the typical stories regarding the 2nd coming. However, I do not believe it.

I believe that after you die, you simply cease to exist. No one remembers anything prior to their birth, and (IMO) it will be the same once they are dead.

I agree, Taliesin; but couldn't it be true on the conventional level, too, sometime?

i think we are evolving towards extinction and if Jesus doesnt come back soon things are gonna get ugly ..

don't worry about second coming b/c you will not live long enough to witness it and so do I. Everybody has to die someday, so I will not worry about that.
