First you need a sterile swab, they are made for this reason. Next you need to swab the area of your body you are interested in. This will pick up the microorganisms. Next you need to multiply them in order to see them under a light microscope. So you take the swab and streak a new sterile petri dish containing nutrient agar. Then you need to incubate the plate for 24 to 48 hrs. At the end of this time you will see colonies of bacteria growing. Next you will need to know how to stain the bacteria in order to view them, you will need some expertise in this area to do it properly.
