My yahoo email account is not receiving email from my travel agent, why?
I am purchasing airline tickets through my travel agent, but I am not receiving any incoming email from her agency. I checked my bulk folder, and it is empty. She has sent me 4 different emails, and I have not received one. When she sent it to my bellsouth.net account, it goes right through, no problem.
thats the first thing that I checked. The spam is supposed to go to bulk, and then wait to be deleted. Thats why I was surprised that the folder is empty.
This original problem was occurring in my husband's yahoo account. I just had them try to email it to my yahoo account, and I did not receive it either. I even checked my bulk mail, and had over 3000 messages there, but not from the travel agent. Is it possible Yahoo is totally blocking them?

You probably have the bulk file to "immediately delete" which deletes any messages that go to the spam folder because they are not in your address book and your account has deemed them "spam". To get them to quit going to the bulk, add them to your address book, and then change your settings to leave the messages in your bulk folder for you to delete.
