Fair Housing or BBB?
Recently I moved from my apartment into another one. To be quite honest I was evicted due to unemployment and being unable to pay. I received the final notice and they seem to be over charging on the rent owed, claimed the apartment was a mess (even though I cleaned it top to bottom), and other things. I would like to file a complaint. We have already attempted to contact and reason with the manager but got nothing. Should I file a complaint with fair housing or BBB?

Why not both? They are separate entities in different oversight sectors.
I presume that you have proof of your claims---like pictures/video of the apartment upon moving out, a signed walkthru sheet from when you moved out, etc.
