Video Card Help?

I have a Toshiba Equium A110-276 Laptop with 128MB of Graphics and Windows XP... I installed Vista but I got bored and went back to XP again... When I check the graphics in the device manager and dxdiag, it became 64MB!! Can anyone tell me what happen? I didn't do anything about it, i just installed vista and updated the drivers and then went back to XP using the recovery disk that toshiba provided.. What happen to my graphics memory? halp please. thx

must be a setting somewhere to choose the allocation of memory for the card if it is an integrated card.

May even be in the bios.

The bios access to some Toshiba laptops is in the windows control panel and not accessed in bootup.

    Unique.

There also may an updated driver or fix on the toshiba site

You could always try installing the latest video drivers. Maybe the motherboard drivers, too?
