I am not sure if you are hosting this site or not. If you are NOT hosting this site, then it's the problem with the website, not your IE.
If you ARE hosting the website, the "headers already sent" error is usually caused by having white space before or after the opening and closing PHP tags (<?php . . . ?>)
Check the file "lmts.php" and "utl.php" and check the code and the line it indicates, make sure there's no double >> or any extra spaces/signs.
