Who invented the formula LengthxWidthxHeight=Volume?

it was either Archimedes, Gauss, or Newton, but i have no idea, so could someone give me an answer soon, cuz it's due tomorrow!

    It was Archimedes. Tell that "Top contributor" that he is a moron, u need help and he comes with a shet like that.

    its not fair only because he is in a higher level he wants to impress u with any answer

    Archimedes is the oldest of those 3 geniuses, and was already working on volumes (see links). The Method of Mechanical Theorems is the book where he proved that:

    Vol = L*W*H

    It came way before newton. I would guess Pythagoras. If it has to be from the three you list then it was Archimedes.

    Nobody "invented" it. It's been known since pre-historic times. The dinosaurs probably knew it.
