Medium Shot drills?
I needed some advice about drills for my perimeter jumpshot.
I can shoot 3s from the elbows and baseline even post-up a bit.
But my medium jumpshot were always so dependable on my rhythm. Please help and Thanks

Forever, I have always "preached" not enough players maximize the use of the "bank" shot.....you take ten of these shots from anywhere you want.....except straight on!.....I will take my ten right behind you and I bet that I will beat you.....I am 60 years old and will beat you down ..."young man".....work on this shot and get it down.....never ever, unless straight up or down the baseline with no backboard ever shoot it other wise.....get it up high and thus you open the mouth of the basket and most important is that.......under pressure you can choke on your shot and you will miss.....but on a "bank"....if you under pressure only think about getting it off hard and the bank will choke the speed and still make it.............work on the "BANK".....get you a "atm" card and take it to the "bank" and you will always be in the "money".......good luck!!

What you need to do is put some weights on both your legs and do like 5 sets of 300's. Start from the corner, then the elbow, then the top of the key and so on. This will help your perimeter shooting and also help your calve muscles with you running after the ball everytime you shoot.
