An Ipod is a range of MP3 players made by Apple. Basically they just hold music on them that can be listened to by the user through earphones or headphones. There are cheaper forms on the market as well though, such as on brands etc.

The Sony range and the Creative Zen range are also big competitors to the Ipod.

    Take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipod

    Hope it helps :)

An ipod is a personal media player(or MP3 palyer as everyone calls it) you can upload music videos and misc. junk onto it.

To put music and movies onto an iPOD you are required to use iTunes (which is free) it is a music library program and also store. You can upload CD's unto iTunes or purchase music and movies from the store.

After, you then choose what you want to upload through settings on your computer and the uploading process begins, can range through a few minutes to 20 mins or more depending on how much your adding and im talkin up to 60 gigs worth

an Ipod is a digital stereo system with all your favorite songs in one place basically. You can download/upload songs in approved formats (mp3 for example) and it stores it. The smaller format the more songs you'll be able to put on it. You can scroll through and select specific songs or artists to listen to. They come in different capacity options but obviously the bigger the capacity the more it will store.

An iPod is just Apple's name for an MP3 player. Some iPods support MP4 video files and MP3 music files.
