After 45 min. on the phone; Why they keep saying: Please stay on the line, your call is important to us???

I know, really !! That has happened to me sooo many times. Why don't they just get more employee to handle the large call volume if were so "important" ........DUH !!!

cause they think you have no life, & nothing better to do than sit around & wait till a live person comes on to the phone & when they do they transfer you to an other department & then they either accidently disconnect you or just hang up cause they don;t like the tone of your voice.....

I know if my call was so important to you maybe you should answer the phone! Thats wicked annoying

cuz they want to see how long they can sucker ur a*s into staying on that damn phone all night while they r in the background laughing there a*s off at u.

You are important to them in the order that you are received.

That's almost as bad as Kotex having on their pads, "have a happy period."

It annoys the heck out of me...and they repeat it like every five mins!!

They want to completly annoy the heck out of you.

To fool us into thinking they really are gonna pick up our line.

They lie like a rug!

They want you to hang up because this always happen when I 'm calling to ***** about something.
