Does it make sense?

You are an atheist. You look up to no one or fear no one.

You feel you`re never indebted to no one nor to be awarded for anything else.

You just think of living your life, survive, what you can do now, today, look back the funny and good memories of yesteryears, plan for happy & conveniences tomorrow, and will never believe in...Heaven ? or deny God`s existence ? you might think...so what ?

Lots of caring people gave you an idea what a God is, heaven is, your life`s purpose and this universe. What is the significance of Godly relationship and between one another (people) in God`s idealism.

If you think you are a righteous one...do you think you deserve heaven with God ? or where do you want to live, if in case the existence of spirit form is indeed eternal/infinite...or you woudn`t care less. There are only 2 states/condition that will exist after the 2nd judgement...and that is Heaven & hell.

If indeed you are a righteous one, you don`t need to tell us because we don`t know you. But God knows every fibers of your body because He is The great designer of person`s body, the person`s life, the person`s world and the universe.

You seemed to live alone, do your own thing. Very lonely indeed. Incapable of looking for beyond tomorrows things(after life states.) you`re devoid of dreams. I`m sorry!

...but with a God, RELATIONSHIPS to one another is of great value...because everybody & everything are God`s creations, subjects, servants. If we come back to Him in Heaven, we all worships, adore, respect, love, honor Him every seconds of our life in place of eternal happiness, joyful, peaceful, loving environment living with Him.

Though you have still your lifetimes chances for changes of your concept/perspectives...how about starting slowly now, lower down your pride & defenses and just ally with a supernatural being who exist just to love you and always waiting for you.

Being a self-righteous as you may have thought of yourself, you still needs a God to complete your whole being. Haven`t you felt...something is lacking without a family, a friend, neighbors, a God ????

If you don`t want to comment on people who worship a God... then stop commenting of your self-righteousness as atheist. It is of no use to us. We are just trying to bring you along with us for happy days in Heaven, and never to detached ourselves from God.

We pity you! You can live by your own idealism...I don`t know until when will be the last time to hear from you.

God never sends anyone to hell - it's the person who decides that God isn't good enough for them so in effect they send themselves there!

God is a just God and will not accept anyone who doesn't accept Him!

Can you imagine an atheist who has never acknowledged God and doesn't feel comfortable with Him spending an eternity in His presence? I think not! Heaven isn't for unbelievers only those who wear the correct clothes (ie the robe of righteousness and the garment of salvation - see Isaiah 61:10) who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (see John 14:6; Acts 4:10ff). Heaven will be filled with God's glory and be full of angels and the saints worshipping and adoring Him - so if an atheist can't stand the thought of that while they're on earth they definitely won't like it for all eternity!

Many times the ones that fight hardest against God are the first to except him. Many are called, but few have the character to finish what they started. God is a path and a journey you take with or without help, I would say Jesus Christ did very little to take the beaten path followed by others before him. And his life in the natural was very very unsuccessful. He started as a preacher at 30 and preached against all the Jewish churches in his day and died at 33-1/2 years old at the hands of religious men that said they loved God. He had nothing but his clothes when he died and the soldiers toke them, he borrowed a grave to be buried in and this is our example of how to live on earth, no wife , no children and all his closest friends abandon him. Does this sound to you like a successful life. Dying on a cross beaten and whipped crown of thorns naked and the whole world can see his nakedness. Even the churches have to cover him up on their idols of the cross? To think God would do this to his son is beyond human comprehension, even the angels could not understand it. So you do not believe any of this, neither did the Jews? God make this the way of salvation, not me or you. But you read this and you will still be guilty, because you read this; Psalm 119:160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

Fantastic Q. I don't think that "belief in God or not = heaven or hell" makes sense or is totally true.

In fact, most Christians would say babies go to heaven if they die. There is absolutely no (specific) biblical basis for that - but we couldn't imagine it being any other way. Even if they can't believe in God like we can.

I think if someone has had a terrible experience of Christianity/church/christians God's not going to send them to hell for disbelief in that version of 'Chrisitanity'. I think many people who say they don't believe in God - I wouldn't believe in their concept of God, either.

Also, if someone is raised Muslim, or something, and never really hears about the Christian God - that's certainly not their fault, and the Christian God would be totally cruel if he sent them to hell for that. I don't believe he would.

You will understand nothing if understanding is not given to you. People are classified under evil if they do things that oppose their religion, meaning, stealing, killing and all that stuff....but atheist are not evil if they are moral and loving people, they don't work for God nor do they work against him.

Imagine If you were God, and the very people that you made don't worship you, they worship other things like idols, wouldn't you be jealous.

That is why he probably came up with the Heaven/Hell deal. It's either you believe in his son and serve him and him alone and go to heaven, or you don't serve him and go to hell.

That's why he gave us the Freedom of choice.....

Yes, it makes sense. Let's see if I can give an equally clear answer:

Heaven is a place God has reserved for those who shared a relationship with Him here on Earth. To not believe in God is to decline His offer of that relationship, and to seperate yourself from Him. Since God is all that is good, to seperate from Him is to seperate yourself from all good. Love, comfort, joy, laughter, friendship, etc.

Am I making any sense?

Because God is the creator of that heaven. Would you let someone in to your house if they did not respect you and love you? But, it is more than we can explain. Maybe God will forgive those people. I hope that God does.

God offers quite a lot of proof of Himself, if you're willing and able to see it. That aside, however, why SHOULD God save someone if they don't believe in Him? Just because they're a good person? So what? We rejected the One who created us to worship what He created rather than Him, where we didn't just reject Him outright. We've mocked Him, hated Him, belittled Him, taken Him for granted, blasphemed Him, and all with joy in our hearts for doing so. We have, in every way, fallen short of His standard of holiness, so you tell me, why would He even CARE about us?? BUT He does, and He still sent His Son to die for OUR sins, and raised Him from the dead so that we could have eternal life with Him, without fear, pain, remorse, tears, all these lovly things we have here on earth. Oh, and not everyone who goes to Heaven will be virtuous.

No, it doesn't. Why should anyone go to hell for not believing in God? You don't have to believe in God to be a good person. If God really does that sort of thing, then he should be impeached or overthrown at once!

Atheist can not be sorry for their sins. Atheists don't sin. Only people who believe in sin can sin. People have the right to say who their God can send to Hell for their own reasons. It don't have to make sense to others. They are so tightly rapped in their cocoon of ignorance they refuse to reason. They are afraid their Hobgoblin Satan will bite their butt if they dare to think.
