the premolar on my left side and i don't know if it is permanent.?
it has 4 points on it. the one on the right side has only 2 and i don't know if its supposed to be like that or if it is an adult tooth or what. it is really bothering me and i want it out if it is a baby tooth. i am only 14 if that helps any?

Hard to determine given your description.
A dentist can tell you if its a baby tooth, or permanent tooth and whether the pain is due to eruption issues or cavities.
