It's only natural to be skeptical about a list like this. How can anyone pick just a dozen things to do in Los Angeles when there are so many to choose from? Here's how we did it: First, we found out which ones are most popular, based on tourism data and our observations after more than a decade of doing things in Los Angeles. Then, we asked our readers and thousands responded, voting for their favorites.

    Haha, What to do?

Disneyland ( If you plan on coming back many times during the year, get a pass.)

Check out Beverly Hills, not just for shopping, there are alot of cool things on Sunset Blv. and Rodeo Dr.

Check out the City Walk, next to Universal Studios in Hollywood. There's alot of cool store, and you could go check out Universal Studios theme park, it doesn't have many rides, but it's still cool to check out.

Go to the beach! There are GREAT place to lounge at the beach. Newport, Hunnington, and Corona del mar are some of my favorite beaches.

Lastly, go take a boat out to Balboa! Balboa is by far one of the coolest place to go hangout. There is a pier down there with rides, and shopping areas.

Have fun down there! There's lots to do down here, some of the coolest is finding them on your own.
