As long as it isn't faked and obnoxious. Having a bubbly personality doesn't mean you have to be a clown too. Just be positive without the theatrics. But some people are genuine dramatic by nature (I should know I'm one of them) and the only way to shut me up is to sit on hands.

Depends on who you ask and what kind of mood they're in. Catch me in the morning and 'bubbly' people are extremely annoying. Catch me at night and they are great.

No, it's fake and irritating. Few 'bubbly' people are authentic. A warm, downhome, polite, giving, straightforward, genuinely happy person is better. We are all human and real. I do not like fake.

I am soooooo drawn to people with that type of personality. They make all those around them feel better. They raise their vibrational level.
