I already know He has. I was in a depression for four years and the only thing that kept me alive was Jesus.

You dont die until God says its your time...
my proof?
November 30th, 2006 a teacher, Bridgett Davis and two students are in a car accident. None of them are wearing seatbelts. The one girl walked away... December 2, 2006 ms. bridgette davis dies after never regaining consciousness. December 6, 2006 Aylah Brewer dies of her injuries after steadily recovering since the crash for the past few days.. and then suddenly just dying that morning...
Why did the one little girl live when the other two died? she wasn't any safer than they were, the impact was even between her and Aylah... yet she didnt ever have any bruises where as Aylah DIED...
the answer? God wanted Ms. Davis and Aylah with him but wasnt ready to take the other little girl yet.
simple answer.

He most certainly could. He can do anything but fail. Take for instance, Hezekiah in the Old Testament. God had told His prophet to go and tell Hezekiah that his days were numbered and that he should get his house in order for he was about to die. Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and petitioned God, praying fervently. To make a long story short, years were added on to Hezekiah's life. May God BLess U.

Sure, he did it in the Bible a few times, but why would you ever want that? You're in a sinful body and can never reach the glory of God, you would have to struggle with sin all of your existence or give into it and have a miserable, selfish existence apart from God. I suppose if He wanted you around it would be different.
"to live is Christ and to die is gain" is what the Apostle Paul said on the subject.

God determines your days and life. He gives us our next breath. Without God we can do nothing.
