Anyone here know a great way to work overseas without having to pay?

I don't Know if you are asking for a place to work or a method of finding work. it depends on the country you wish to work in.Most european countries will require a work permit, much like the american green card. This allows you to stay in that country as long as you are employed.

On the internet are many job opportunities, simply gogle or serch for the country you want to work in and add the word jobs.

While in holland I found many of the malls had a shop there where they listed the jobs available for english speaking people. These places are like Adecco(Temp Agency) here,

If you want to work in countries that use american firms or work with the miltary then serch for military jobs overseas.
