Has anyone ever heard of the apple cider vinegar diet?

someone told me that if you drank a half a cup in the morning and a half a cup before bed , you will lose weight. is this true?

    i believe it should work i heard of it but make sure why you are doing this all the meat you eat are baked or grilled. make sure you eat plenty of veggies and drink plenty of water.and you will do great.tip>>BEWARE OF BREAD!!!!!

    I've heard of this diet... it has some truth in it, meaning that this drink has a high level of acid, which helps burning fat, and increase your digestion... BUT... in the same time it will ruin your stomach in a matter of days if you drink this high amount of apple cider vinegar!!!!!!!!! a half of cup is just TOO MUCH!!!! try to drink a spoon of vinegar diluted in a glass of water...also...you have to eat healthy...and also exercise..

    Half cup but mixed with water, so a glass of such liquid. I am trying, but I really don't know if it does what is said that it does, because I am maybe losing inches because of my diet... After drinking vinegar I feel like I'm gonna throw up, and I really lose my apetite then.

    u really dont need that much, that would burn your insides, its so strong

    u only need a tablespoon in a glass of water in the morninig and eat healthy

    my husband has been taking apple cider vinegar for over a year now, its supposed to do wonders for your body, i tried it and lasted a few mornings, it tastes gross
