Do you find the need to know the essential driving force of your faith?

The question is, what do you really want to know?

While faith, hope, and love are the essentials of Christianity, there will come a day that only love is left. 1 Co 13. So there will be a day where faith is not needed. And since there was a fall, the was also a time where faith was not need.

Therefore, faith is a temporary state needed since the fall of Adam tp the victory Jesus will bring during the second coming. The rest of the time, faith is not needed.

I say all that to say that the essential driving force driving people's faith is to discover their purpose.... "Why did God make me?"

And once people know what they were created, gifted, and commissioned to do, this force continues but is called something different....it is called the voice of God.

God's "calling" us is this force. As the Creator of the heavens and earth, He knows how to communicate and we know how to "hear."

Let those that have ears, "hear" and put God's words into practice.

Yes. I want to know as much as I can about my religion and what I believe in. I wish I had the time to research it everyday. I do enjoy going to events where there are people that do research it everyday. There I have my faith reaffirmed. It's nice. But even without anything physical or scientific... I would still believe b/c God has shown Himself in my life to me. He has really saved my butt over the years. And it could only be Him. And if He wasn't real... there is no way I'd go through the stuff that I go through to stand with Him. Its not easy.. but it's worth it in the end. But I think everyone desires "proof".

When it happens, you automatically know. The driving force is in everyone (the Holy Spirit). All you need is to activate it by faith in the belief of God & His Son, Jesus and what they expect of you.

I already know that the driving force in everything is the marriage of good and truth.

I am alive by the Grace of God - Should be dead more than once but I am alive - way beyond chance.
