Could he not tell I was being sarcastic for them saying it was a breakthrough when all they were saying was that they would love to 'train' the security forces. I'm sure it's not for good intent. I was laughing yesterday when I heard it... a 'breakthrough'!
I happen to have been in the military for 23 years, was in the gulf war AND OIF 1. I've been to the middle east four times now having spent the last time for a whole year in Iraq. If you can't understand ironic comments then maybe you should ask someone literate to translate it for you before you call people names. Thank you!

Sarcasm, facetiousness, and satire are lost on those who are too lazy to think for themselves.
