Who will the Lakers get in the 2007 NBA Draft?
Last year they got Jordan Farmar, maybe this year they will get Aaron Afflalo

Jordan Farmar was a great pick for the Lakers. Best in a while, in my opinion. Afflalo won't be a bad pick. One things for certain, though, they need to make some good picks and pick up some good players this year and bounce back to championship basketball where they belong!

afflalo sucks, he isnt as good as people think. he isnt even that great of a shooter and thats his strong suit. he wont be anything more than a bench player in the nba.
the lakers should get javaris crittenton. he is a tall athletic PG at 6-5. he has a lot of potential but he is still very young. he plays aggressively and with a lot of heart and is compared to steve francis. the lakers really need a PG, smush aint cutting it and im unsure about farmar. but kobe wants to win now and theres really nobody in the draft where the lakres pick who can come in right away and make a huge impact.

Farmar hasnt made a huge impact.
The Lakers dont have a man who can be a big banger on the inside like most players. Also, with Kobe filling up SG or SF, you can get him a counterpart. Spencer Hawes I think will fall in his stock, maybe they can get him. If not, Im thinking someone like Stuckey or Rush, who can put up Lamar's scoring average. In the second round, I'd go with Taurean Green, who can replace either Farmar or Smush Parker in the years to come.

Maybe with one of their 2nd round picks. Lakers will probably take Javaris Crittenton or Gabe Pruitt a bigger point guard to make up for the Huge Farmar mistake

I won't matter, so long as they have Kobe
on the team the new players will get blamed
and run out of town. Byman Odum Smoosh are
feeling the finger pointing. So maybe they should
give that advice to Farmar. and who ever they
draft this year. But if he is around
Nick Young

I hope they get lucky, but it is hard to get a player thats going to make much of a difference at 19
