What kind of flower and color can a give to a female who is graduating from High School?

Update:

Its for a good friend of mine, im giving it to her at her High School Graduation. I was thinkin red rose but i dont like her like that. So wut would be the next best type of flower and color.

    yellow rose or any color rose for that matter except mayb red because that is too romantic. you could also try a big sunflower (those are pretty)

    WHITE OR YELLOW ARE GOOD BUT NOT RED UNLESS YOU LIKE HER THEN RED.
